What is Masters and Johnson Method?
Masters and Johnson were pioneers in the study of sex going back to the 1960s. They came out with a famous report on human sexuality around this time and among the highlights was a technique known by many names including the Masters and Johnson technique but perhaps more popularly as the “squeeze technique” or “squeeze method”.
This method is to be used after penetrative sex has already begun. When the man feels like he is close to the point of no return (i.e. inevitable ejaculation) then he should first quickly withdraw. Next, his partner should place their first two fingers on the top-side of the glans and the thumb on the underside and compress firmly. The first time your partner tries this on you they will probably be afraid of inflicting pain. You should reassure them that the squeeze is painless and to make sure that they are squeezing firmly. When this happens, the entire penis rapidly deflates of blood and becomes flaccid. Arousal stops. Now, you can start to obtain an erection once again in order to resume foreplay and/or penetration.
